Does anyone know a quick, easy and safe way to cure a head cold?!

day quil and Nyquil….ALSO, when you go to bed at night, sleep with a hall’s in your mouth to keep your throat wet…that keeps the phlegm from building up and also getting dry thraot……any sign of a cold, start taking the meds until it is over….and don’t stop because you think it is over…make SURE it is done….i haven’t had a bad cold in years because of this attack
